1. Clinical Service Agreement
By accessing the LETSGO biological optimization platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Resohealth LLC Fz ("Resohealth," "we," "us"). Our services are provided subject to these Terms of Service.
LETSGO provides a wellness and preventive biological tracking environment. You acknowledge that our assessments are longevity estimations and not clinical diagnoses.
2. Membership & Billing
Protocol Subscription
Membership is billed at $10 USD monthly. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled.
Verified members gain access to a 15% reduction on all ecosystem offerings, including lab panels, wellness services, destination stays, and supplements. This reduction is subject to local availability in your jurisdiction.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime via the Membership Portal. Refunds are not issued for partial biological tracking cycles.
3. Acceptable Use of AI Concierge
The Atlas Intelligence Engine is an AI-powered advisory tool. You agree not to:
- Use the Concierge for acute emergency medical inquiries.
- Attempt to bypass safety filters or longevity guardrails.
- Reverse-engineer the ENABL Age-Q ratio algorithms.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
Resohealth LLC Fz is not liable for health outcomes resulting from protocol adherence or self-directed lifestyle changes. Users are mandated to consult with MDs before clinical pivots.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
