High-Tech Biohacking & Recovery
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy — photobiomodulation — uses visible red light (often around 630–660 nm) and near-infrared (often around 810–850 nm). The intended target is mitochondrial chromophores such as cytochrome c oxidase, not tissue heating. Consumer panels, masks, beds and clinic rooms vary widely in irradiance at the skin; many rooms do not publish dose. FDA has cleared some devices for cosmetic skin uses. Evidence is more developed for selected dermatology and hair indications than for whole-body anti-ageing, fat loss or brain claims. LetsGo treats it as an adjunct inside a recovery or appearance plan — not a standalone fix.

Why it helps beauty, wellness & longevity
Longevity interest comes from cellular-energy and inflammation hypotheses. Those are plausible and still incompletely proven in consumer settings. Book with a coach if you want session logging against sleep, skin or training markers — and treat social-media dose charts as unverified.
